590 the Fan is reporting that the Rams will have a 5 p.m. press conference in which they are expected to announce that Martz will be leaving the Rams, at least for a while. Apparently his health is not going to allow him to continue being the head coach. No one apparently knows whether this will be a temporary thing or if Martz will be stepping down for good. We will continue to follow the story and I am sure I will be posting on this later.
