Martz in his weekly press conference admitted that “It was bad coaching on my part.” I completely agree!! Martz then said that we need to move on. Once again, I could not agree more. We need to move on! We have got to get a coach that will accept responsibility for the failure of this team. What is it about St. Louis personalities that they think they can just ignore the problems we have? This is ridiculous.

Martz also claimed that the game dictated the 62 passing attempts. He claimed that since they got down early, and Rolland Williams went down with injury, we were unable to run the ball. What??? He said, “If we had run the ball 30 times we would have lost 56 to 2.” Oh really? The cool thing about running the ball is that it keeps the other team’s offense off the field! That would have kept Bulger from having to throw 62 passes (who knows what affect that will have on his arm) and would have kept the score within a manageable range. Sure the passing game scored a few times. But just think of the numbers we could have put up if the Giants hadn’t been able to load up on the pass! We were one dimensional and somehow this is supposed to keep us in the game? Please… Mike… its time to go! MUCK FARTZ!!!
